—Two production Telegram-driven inbox-triage bots sharing a provider-neutral adapter architecture — surfacing unread mail one bounded item at a time with tap-to-act buttons, never acting automatically
—Designed a provider-neutral nine-verb adapter interface (read + write) with a single-write chokepoint and structurally read-only render path, then implemented it twice — once over Fastmail's JMAP API, once over Gmail's REST API — reusing the entire triage core unchanged
—Built and deployed fastmail-bot as a persistent Railway worker with mark-read-in-place disposition and a rule-driven pin-as-allowlist scope model; 110 automated tests under gated TDD with JMAP mocked at the request boundary
—Built and deployed gmail-bot as a sibling Railway worker with a five-button triage chute and headless env-var OAuth refresh; 68 automated tests, reversible-trash-only by design (no hard delete anywhere)
